Funny (and some strange) sights in Great Britian

The Brits love mince pies - they contain meat, fruit and spices and they sell it
in the non-refrigerated bread section - Noah's reaction says it all

Same company as TJ Maxx - why don't the Brits like the letter "J"?

Seriously - this is the name of a town in England we drove through

They use the word "alight" a lot - it means don't stand here

An advertisement for a Handyman posted in the Royal Post Office -
look closely at the 10th bullet - he will build you

"the unusual such as...Adult Dungeons" -
this means what it sounds like (google it with caution)

Wonky wheels?   The word "wonky" is used to
describe
something that doesn't work right

There are a lot of amusing traffic
signs in England

Our local "Family Funfair" will be held at
"Leg of Mutton Field"
- basically "Leg of Lamb" field
Nothing says family fun like a
"Wall of Death!"
